Ettore

Ettore is a thirty-year-old entrepreneur, very enthusiastic, and his job has always been the blacksmith-carpenter. He started working iron with his father,   in his twenties, but his real passion is shaping and molding the material into something with a well-defined purpose. Today his father’s workshop has become his and when he shows us an old anvil, symbol of an ancient craft, he tells us that he keeps it there as a memory. Yet the hands know how to tell stories that no mouth is able to tell: iron plates are transformed, bluish smokes suggest the presence of active welders, sparks light up the vault of the workshop : in the cave of Vulcano new objects are made and ready to travel the world.
